Computers that report themselves
The RaqeebHQ agent is a small script that runs as a scheduled task or system timer, checks in once an hour and sends the computer's specifications and installed software to your portal. Your register fills itself and stays current.

Install commands are generated after the admin re-enters their password. Each computer gets its own single-use key, shown once, with a chosen expiry (24 hours by default).
Inbox first
New computers wait under New devices until someone registers them as a new asset or links them to an existing one. Matching serial numbers are suggested, and the category is suggested from the hardware.
Change detection
Hardware (CPU, cores, memory, disks, graphics, serial, model, OS, IP) and software (installed, updated, removed) changes are logged on the asset and can trigger email alerts.

- Detected nginx 1.24 → 1.26 and redis-server installed on ght-dxb-app01.
- Marked all ten computers as seen within the last 2 hours.
Specs only. Never people.
The agent does not send usage data such as CPU load, free memory, browsing or who is signed in. It reports hardware, OS, network and installed software, and never screens, files, browsing or keystrokes. Uninstalling it removes the agent; the asset and its history stay.
